Service description

A Chrome extension and the marketing site that sells it.

ConstellationOS is a Chrome extension that turns the open web into a structured, decision-ready data layer for analysts — it ingests pages you visit, normalizes what it finds, and lets you query it like a dataset. The website at getconstellation.ai is the marketing and landing surface for that extension: it explains what the product does, shows pricing, hosts case studies, and accepts demo requests from people who want to try it on their own data.

These terms cover both the website and the extension as a single product. If you install the extension or submit a form on the site, you agree to them.

Acceptable use

Don't break the site, the extension, or other users.

When you use getconstellation.ai or the ConstellationOS extension, you agree not to:

Scrape the website programmatically — crawling, harvesting, or bulk-downloading its content without written permission.
Submit automated or bulk requests to the /request-demo form, or otherwise use the form to send unsolicited or commercial messages.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source of the ConstellationOS extension or any of its components.
Replay or re-send queued leads exposed through the /leads/queue companion endpoint outside the internal workflow it is designed for.
Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures on the site or the extension.
Use the extension to access, store, or transmit content that you do not have the right to access, store, or transmit.

Intellectual property

Our stuff is ours, your stuff is yours.

The Constellation name and logo, the ConstellationOS extension (including its code, design, and bundled assets), the copy on getconstellation.ai, and any other materials we publish through the site or the extension belong to us (or to the people we license them from). You may view and use them as intended through the site and the extension — you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Anything you submit through the Request a demo form, and anything you load through the extension on pages you have the right to read, remains yours. By using the extension you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content on your behalf for the sole purpose of operating the service for you — nothing more.

Payment terms

Free today; billing for the extension, if introduced, happens elsewhere.

The website at getconstellation.ai is free to browse and the demo request form is free to submit. No paid tier is sold from this site today. If a paid tier for the ConstellationOS extension is introduced in the future, billing for it will be handled through a separate checkout outside this website under its own terms — this page will be updated at that point with a link to the checkout and the billing terms that apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

"As is" — and our liability is capped at what you've paid us.

The website and the extension are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the output of the extension is correct, complete, or fit for any decision you make based on it — you remain responsible for verifying anything you act on.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the website or the extension will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us for the extension in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Because no paid tier is sold from getconstellation.ai today, that amount is effectively $0 for any claim arising from use of this website.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

Delaware law, Delaware courts.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the extension will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
