Privacy Policy
A short, plain-language summary of the data the demo request form collects, where it goes, when it goes away, and how to ask for it back. Last updated 2026-07-31.
Data we collect
The only personal information getconstellation.ai collects is what you type into the Request a demo form on the home page: your name, your work email address, and your company name. We don't collect anything else about you from the form, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to start the conversation — no phone number, no job title, no company size, no use-case description.
Each field is capped at 500 characters and the email is checked against a simple
name@host.tld
shape before it is stored — that's the entire validation step.
How we store it
When you submit the form, the three values you typed are inserted as one row into a table called
leads
in a Postgres database hosted on Neon. The database is reachable only over TLS, and the server authenticates with the standard
Postgres credentials configured for this app — there is no public read or write endpoint.
We do not sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise transfer the data you submit to any other organization for any
purpose. The leads
table is reviewed and acted on internally.
Sharing
getconstellation.ai runs no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no third-party analytics, and no session-recording tools. The only external requests the site makes — on every page — are to fonts.googleapis.com to load the Sora and DM Sans web fonts (a static asset CDN, no tracking), and a single one-by-one-pixel anonymous visit beacon sent to polsia.com the first time the home page is loaded in your browser (it carries a randomly-generated visitor ID stored in your browser's local storage and does not include your name, email, or company). The privacy page itself is not beacon'd.
We do not share your data with third parties. Ever.
Retention
Submitted leads sit in the leads
table until one of two things happens: a teammate replays them through the internal
/leads/queue
endpoint (used to send the onboarding email once the sending domain is verified) or the row is deleted directly. Each
lead is reviewed and purged within 90 days of submission, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Database backups follow Neon's defaults for the project. If you want any row removed before the normal retention window, contact us using the channel below and we'll delete it immediately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you — typically just the one row in
leads
with your name, email, company, and the date you submitted — and you can ask for that row to be
deleted immediately. There is no charge for either request, and we will reply within
30 days, usually sooner.

For now this address is a placeholder: while the getconstellation.ai sending domain is still being verified, mail forwarding needs to be wired up at the registrar before this address is live.
